We established our first pediatric specialty hospital in 1999 in Hyderabad. Since then, under the leadership of Dr. Ramesh Kancharla, our founding Promoter, we have established our reputation as a leader in multi-specialty pediatric services, with strong clinical expertise in managing complex diseases. Since then, we have also expanded our operations to include OB/GYN services, whereby we offer comprehensive perinatal services to patients. Our ability to recruit and retain high caliber medical personnel has been fundamental to the success of our hospitals. We follow a doctor engagement model whereby most of our core specialists work exclusively at our hospitals on a full-time retainer basis. This model ensures that most of our core specialists are available 24/7 at our hospitals, which is pivotal for children’s emergency, neonatal and pediatric intensive care services.
